چکیده
Industry 4.0 has the potential of growing industrialization and, on other hand, disrupting sustainability prevailing manufacturing supply chains through inducing great challenges such as higher resource consumption that, in turn, results global warming and climate change. As a result, researchers working area sustainable chain need to make deep evaluations arising for contemplating improvement their levels having digital transformation toward 4.0. To fill this gap, current paper designs an innovative framework basis Stepwise Weight Assessment Ratio Analysis (SWARA) technique Complex Proportional (COPRAS) approach evaluate that may arise q-Rung Orthopair Fuzzy Sets (q-ROFSs) setting. The proposed method uses extended SWARA process determine criteria importance degrees considering experts’ preferences. performance was assessed by conducting empirical case study under q-ROFSs condition. Further, sensitivity analysis executed check whether is stable enough be relied parameter values. Finally, obtained were compared those currently used methods verify results’ reliability. revealed comparative results, article consistency strength approaches.
